Al-Fara’a University City Transferal

The Governor of Asir, Prince Turki bin Talal announced the readiness of the Al-Fara'a University City project, male students' transferal to the new city, and female students' transferal to the current campus in Quraiqar. 

This came in a meeting attended by representatives of the Expenditure Excellence Committee, the National Center for Privatization, the project managers in the region, students and families, companies that implemented the project, and the Service Intervention Team in the region. The project came at a cost of 9.6 billion Riyals.

The Governor witnessed the submission of the implemented 29 projects by the General Administration of Projects at the University, to the General Administration of Facilities at the University. 

The implemented projects include two central service compounds, the Medical City, the Administrative Buildings, The Sports' City, the Medical Conferences' Center, and the first stage of multi-floor facilities. As well as road and electricity projects, colleges, and student housing.
